We offer free shipping for order above Rs 499. For orders below Rs. 499, you can check the shipping charges on checkout page
Yes, we do offer ‘Cash-on-Delivery’.
While shopping with ‘Petoska.com,’ you can make payments through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets. Alternatively, you can opt for Cash-on-Delivery.
Products that require different sizes have a size chart attached in the catalogue. Please reach out to customer care in case there is any confusion.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

To check the status of your order, follow the steps: - Go to ‘Petoska.com’ and then ‘My Account’ - Trace your order under ‘Order History’ and click on the order you want to know the status: Processing: We have received your order and is currently under process, we will communicate tracking detail once your order is shipped. Shipped: Your order is shipped and tracking details are mentioned against your order. Please click on ‘Track’ to check the status of your order.
Petoska promises to deliver an amazing shopping experience to our shoppers. We do have our mobile website enabled to reach us easily but orders on phone are still not accepted.
The estimated delivery time is mentioned on the product page when you enter the pincode. However, the actual delivery time may differ due to various factors. If you have already placed your order, you can check the order status under the order section in ‘My Account Page’. Please reach out to the customer care for further queries.
Petoska.com delivers orders to most of the locations in India. Please enter your pin-code on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.
No, we can’t change the delivery address once the order is confirmed.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
It is necessary to raise a request with our support team within 3 days of product delivery.
There are multiple steps to follow. - Raise a request on the support id (support@petoska.com) along with the order id & photographs of the product. - A return pickup will be initiated with no cost to you. - Make sure the order is unused and in proper condition along with all tags intact. - Once we receive the product, we will initiate an exchange or refund based on the product quality and our policy.

Cancellations can only be made before the order is dispatched. You can write to the support team for cancellation - support@petoska.com
It will take atleast 5-7 business days to initiate a refund after the product has passed our quality checks and standard policy.
